Welcome Bags

Lovely! I d really appreciate that as a guest what nice mix of things and such a sweet note! The bags are super pretty too!

Thank you! The bags are from Amazon and sturdy enough to hold 2 bottles of water.
I copied the note from google and printed on thicker paper.

Super cute bags! Make sure you coordinate with your hotel and ask them to designate a person to disperse your welcome bags. I made bags for my guests and gave them to the hotel to give to people as they checked in. I didn't follow up. When I was checking out, I saw all of my welcome bags still behind the counter. I ended up taking most of them home.

Great point. As an an alternative, you can ask the front desk to give you a printed report of all the rooms in your block and which guests are in each room. If all of the out-of-towners will be heading back to the hotel after dinner, you and your wedding party can take that report and deliver the welcome bags yourselves (load them up on a luggage cart and wheel them from room to room). It's kind of a nice surprise for guests to have the nearly newlyweds personally stopping by to drop off a bag. That way you can be sure the guests received them. I think it took us maybe 30 minutes to drop off 20-25 bags across 2 floors and everyone loved them. Nearly everyone said "what are you still doing up? thanks so much! go get some rest!"
