We are reserving a local brewery for the night before our wedding, so that guests (especially out of towners) can come see us and hang out . We want to offer to pay for everyone's first drink, but beyond that, it wouldn't be a "hosted" event. What is the best way to word this on the website so people understand the event? We want to have it on the website so that we can get a headcount when people RSVP. I started drafting the below, but wasn't sure if we needed to say more than that.
