I have it set up that when someone comes to our wedding website, they have to enter their name and email address before the website pulls up. However, I’ve had a couple people try it out and it never lets them enter the website. The screen where they enter their info just keeps coming up over and over. Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to resolve? Or is my only option to turn off that feature if the website?
