Welcome Reception/post Wedding Brunch

We had a micro wedding on our original wedding date and are having our big wedding this September. We were planning to have a welcome reception for our out of town guests the day before our wedding and a post wedding brunch the day after the wedding. Should we skip these events due to COVID? Please share your thoughts.

If you are planning to still have your “big wedding” with these people, I don’t see why you would cancel the other events
