  I would have it at the ceremony if you are only doing it once. Are you not able to have your coordinator transport it to the reception?

  The ceremony. That’s the first event occurring. So it’s the appropriate time to say “Welcome”

  Both if they're in different locations. It's just a sign... it should be easy to transport.

  So pretty!! I'd put it at the entrance to your reception so your guests know they made it to the right place!!
