I found this on Etsy as an alternative guestbook. I think it’s great because it can be used as the welcome sign for the ceremony & the guestbook for the reception. I didn’t want to spend $99 on this, so I decided to DYI my own using Canva. Let me know how I did. (We’re also changing the photos)....

I didn’t want to spend $99 on this, so I decided to DYI my own using Canva. Let me know how I did. (We’re also changing the photos). Should I try to see if I can find the cursive font or does it look fine? Honest thoughts.

Im doing something similar!! I bought a picture matt that I am going to have guests sign then hang it in our living room. It holds 4 pictures so I will do our 2 favorite pictures of us at the wedding and then one with me and my bridesmaids and then him with his groomsmen.

That looks awesome Imani! 😄 It’s something you can hang on your wall and look at forever instead of a book that will sit on a shelf! We did the same for our couples shower, and a similar concept for the wedding guestbook. No regrets ☺️

I picked the picture matt up at the joans craft store. It was clearanced out at the time so I only paid $4 for it. I think for the wedding itself I will put some random pictures of us in it then swap them out when we get our actual wedding pictures.

That’s actually a good idea. I was just going to glue ours onto the canvas. But the picture matt might even be a better idea.

These are how they turned out. I didn’t expect them to be so small lol - also the color looks wayyyy darker than the actual color online. I’m going to try to lighten up the burgundy and reprint them. I also wish they were just a tad bit bigger.
