What are the ***special*** qualities you love about your man?(Would love to read everyones stories!)

He has this amazing energy and enthusiasm. He never seems to get tired or cranky, he can just go-go-go all the time! Sometimes I feel like I'm dealing with a hyperactive puppy, but most of the time I'm in awe.

I keep telling him that if we should find a way to bottle and sell whatever he has, it could power cities!

He brings out my better qualities.

He understands me... really. & That is a huge deal to me.
He always knows how to make me laugh and lighten up.
He tells me how much he loves me and how beautiful he thinks I am on a very regular basis (not that I need the reassurance that he loves me, it's just really nice).
He makes an effort around the house and to help me with things.
He has a huge heart.
The list goes on...

... I could bore you ladies forever : )

He is extremely driven in terms of goals. I know that he will always be a good provider for my daughter and I. He is also super witty and makes me laugh.

FH is the most wonderful man I have ever met. He is kind and caring. He almost always looks on the bright side of things (we all have our moments) and helps me to not be so negative. He makes me smile and always makes me feel like the only woman in the world.

Nicole-- I love goal makers! It's a good quality especially when they make efforts to work towards their goals : )

He is my partner in crime, my best friend, my moral support and the person who makes me feel loved,smart and extremely beautiful...can't ask for more

He knows me better then anyone else, he makes me laugh everyday (even when I get mad at him), He has this hero complex where he feels like he needs to save the world - or at least the people around him that he cares about and while sometimes that quality can become overbearing it shows just how big of a heart he really has and it makes me melt every time. He would do anything to make sure I am happy. He is my best friend, and even if we are fighting we still have the best time in the world just being together. I knew he was the one for me the day I realized I couldn't live with out him in October 2008 when he had a seizure from forgetting to take his medication (he has a seizure disorder that he has to medication for for the rest of his life) - he scared the crap out of me that day when he called me from the hospital, and at that point we had only been together for about 2-3 months and I knew then that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with him.

I love my man because of a few different reasons.

1. He loves me for who I am and has taken my son as his own even though he's not the biological father, which means the most to me!

2. He is a true gentlemen. To this day, after 14 months of being together, this man STILL opens doors for me, including the car door nearly every time we go somewhere!

3. The way he makes me feel, I've never been this happy with anyone.. EVER!

4. He doesn't let a day go by that he doesn't tell me that I'm beautiful and the most amazing person and how lucky he is to have me

I knew my FH was "the one" after our first date. I was the girl who didn't believe in love at first sight and quite frankly I was tired of dating. I was happy being single. The only reason I agreed to dinner was because I knew it was going to be free .. lol But he had me ... hook, line and sinker .. lol I love him because he makes me laugh on a daily basis, I'm always in stiches. He has a warm and inviting personality and he treats me the same when we are out in public as he does behind closed doors. This was huge for me because my ex was a gentlemen in front of others but an a** behind closed doors. He also makes me feel safe and he takes care of me. My dad left when I was six and I never thought another man would come into my life and actually stay. I have no fear that he's leaving. And he's great with kids, no actually he's amazing with kids. I'm so blessed. Sounds like you ladies are too!

I love him so much because he completely gets me.

He is able to look past my family and see me for me, he has never judged me based on where I came from or how my family is and he makes me laugh all the time.

He is full of energy and enthusiasm (just like Shannon said) and it doesn't matter what we are doing or where we are, we are always having fun.

He doesn't expect anything of me and is always doing sweet things for me like helping around the house, bringing me breakfast in bed or bringing me flowers for no reason at all.

He opens doors for me all the time and is truly a gentleman.

His family is great and I love them just as much and the best part about it all is, he is everything I ever wanted in a man and everything I prayed for growing up.

He is always in a good mood

He always makes me laugh

He is willing to do anything and pick up and go somewhere at the last minute

He STILL gives me butterflies after 7 years!

He holds me when I need held, he wipes my tears when I cry, he tells me the truth when I need to hear the truth, he tells me I beautiful everyday....

He is just the best thing that has ever happened to me and I know that I have met my soul mate and I can't wait to marry my best friend!

When I met my FH I told people he was my dream man like God had made him just for me. If I was able to create a man in my head and print him out it would have been my FH. But he is incredibly sweet and loving. He tells me I am beautiful and that he loves me every day. He is a wonderful person inside and out. Plus he is the only person my family has ever approved of. Which I think is big your famiy sees outside the lovey dovey relationship and can see what is really going on and they could clearly see that we were meant for each other!

Awww, you all are so sweet! Sounds like we have some good men!

I love my FH for SO many reasons... all the typical ones like he's smart, funny, he loves me, he makes me feel beautiful, he works hard, he's sweet... but the main thing that just makes everything else seem a little small is that he prays for me.

There was this one text I got from him when we were first together that confirmed that I loved him. It was the moment where I realized exactly what kind of man he was, and that he was everything I never knew I needed.

I had text him and told him I wasn't feeling good... I don't remember what was wrong, but he wrote back and said I'll be praying for you! I just said thanks, I appreciate it... and he replied with: "I'll always pray for you."

That just stirred my heart like none other! It's such a big desire of mine to have God be the center of my marriage and my home, and to have a husband that will always pray for me... it just makes me SO happy!!!!!!!!

Good post for starters

fh has always understood me.....or done a good job pretending

he loves me even if i am not perfect. he understands i have flaws, and that there are things i need to work on

he respects my ideas, and tries to help out where/when he can.

i could go on and on but thats the first few things that come to my mind.

I love my FH because he's super smart. He always knows what to say to make me giggle. He buys me flowers every week and always brings me home little presents from his work trips

he goes out of his way to learn my favorite songs and play them on the guitar while I study my FH rocks. literally

We have been together for about 8 1/2 years now and I can't even count on one hand the amount of fights we have been in. He really gets and understands me in a way that no one else does. He can put a smile on my face when I am in the angriest/ saddest mood. He can start a conversation with a stranger, really gets a long with everyone. He has such a big heart for his family. He loves animals and is really good with kids and an extra bonus I always get the best bday/christmas gifts from him!

My family loves him, my dad called him "son"! How amazing is that esp. since I was a daddys girl growing up!
