What are you giving/did you give your groom?

We live in Michigan -- and there is an expensive (lifetime gift type) watches made here that are a big deal with the people that live here. The company is called Shinola. FI doesn't know but that's what I got him. He's going to lose his mind and I'm so excited.

ETA FH and I are exchanging scents to wear on our wedding day and after. he will be getting Jimmy Choo man, it's yum. I also got him a qalo ring

I'm giving mine a watch. He's doing Nixons for all his guys so I want him to have a fresh new watch also. And I am going to get him a new cologne.

@ldwed that was a runner up for the scent I chose! It was yum!

I just bought him a GoPro. I figure we can use it on our Honeymoon and then he can use it when he rides his motorcycle. I also got him some Darth Vader Cuff links and Tie Clip.

My undying love and life-long commitment. lol

I got mine a tie clip that said "Best Day Ever" with our date on the back and a pair of "In case you get cold feet" socks.

I put together a gift bag with a handkerchief that had a custom embroidered message from me on it, Mickey cufflinks, a favorite candy bar of his that he can never find, a garter that I had embroidered with our initials (I didn't intend to wear it at all or do any sort of garter toss), and a vow book with my private vows written to him. I thought about a watch since that's kind of a traditional gift, but he has so many watches already and he gifted his GM's watches so I didn't want to do the same thing.

I am giving him a watch that has he wanted for a long time, but will probably never buy for himself. I engraved the back with the date and love always

I did boudoir pics, so I'm giving him a leather bound book of those and a print for his bedside table. I'm going to get him something else, too, but I'm not sure what yet!

I will be getting him a watch with a tag that has the time that says don't be late, and a "beer" cake for the room he and his groomsmen will be getting ready in.

I'm doing cologne and cold feet socks for the day of It's super cheesy, but I saw a video of a bride and groom who did cologne and perfume for each other because smell is the sense that triggers memory the strongest, so when they wear that cologne and perfume again they will always remember their wedding day. SO cheesy but I immediately loved it and so we are definitely doing that haha.

I'm with Kristy. He gets me in marriage haha. The wedding is so expensive I don't think I can afford to get him the Rolex he wants. Maybe one day

I'm giving my groom the rest of my life... Isn't that enough?

No surprises, we discussed it and figured we should get each other nice sunglasses. We're taking pictures on the beach and honeymooning in PR, and FH always wears $10 sunglasses from home depot. So we both picked out a nice pair when we were near a sunglass hut. It won't be wrapped or anything, but FH isn't using his until the wedding, in case they get messed up. His are sitting on the dining room table where he can try them on every couple days and look in the mirror! He picked blue wayfarers.

I like the GoPro idea a lot if we were going for something more high end. My FH is considering buying one for the honeymoon, so I think most guys would be excited by that.

FH and I are into cards, so I'll be getting him one. Like PPs, my undying love and affection and the joy of spending our lives together.

My virginity.....jk, I gave him some cologne and some camo boxer briefs.

I got FH a rangefinder for hunting. It's been all he would talk about for the past year haha. He got me a hot air balloon ride with a champagne brunch.

We are horrible gift givers and can never actually keep gifts a secret from each other because we get way too excited lol

I started writing a journal once w hit 100 days out. Also socks (@ mimitrue-love those socks and tie clip-where did you get them?) and plan on embroidering a handkerchief.

I bought him a Bulova watch and it is engraved "For all time. Love, Debra"

Can't afford the Rolex - maybe someday when the kids are all grown up and moved away from home...
