Just trying to get ideas for the menu. Sorry should have been clearer, wanted to see what you are serving.

Yummy! The cocktail reception will have fresh fruit, veggies, cheese, crackers, fresh bread, and bruschetta.

For the plated dinner, everyone will start off with a garden salad. For the main course, guests have 3 options: beef sirloin w au jus, chicken alexander with roasted peppers spinach and smoked gouda, or scallop and crab stuffed sole. All are going to be served with garlic mashed and veggie med.

For dessert, we''re doing cupcakes with a small cake at the top of the tier:

Cupcake #1 Carrot with creamcheese icing

    Cupcake #2 Lemon with buttercream

Cupcake #3 chocolate cupcake with mousse filling and creamcheese icing = for the win!

Our venue will serve ice cream with our cake as well Smiley smile

We are also doing a Fajita bar with all the fixins! There will a vegetarian option as well as coldcut croissant sandwiches, brisket, pulled pork and chicken (mom and dad insisted on bbq), pasta salad and potato salad. Lots of fuit/veg/antipasto platters, cheese trays, fancy cheese board, hot hors d'ouvres, cake balls and pastries. Finishing with Pumpkin spice/caramel buttercream cake, chocolate ganache cake with cabernet filling, vanilla sheetcake with cheesecake mousse filing, tiramisu cups and pie. Phew can you tell I'm a pastry chef lol.
