What are you using for your "getaway car?"

Not for bridal party transportation - just you and your FH/FW. FH just told me he rented a fancy car - probably because both of our cars are on their last legs. lol Just wondering if this is normal. How are you leaving your reception?

We will be using a Rolls Royce Ghost with a driver. This is the pretty much the only thing that FH cared about, or has cared about in the process thus far. Actually, he wanted a lamborghini but I quickly shut that idea down. For 1) I would like to live past my wedding night. 2) I don't want to keep the car overnight for liability purposes.

Our venue booked us a complimentary room for the night. But in the morning after breakfast, we'll be leaving in FH's CRV. Super romantic, right (kidding of course)?

After pricing a town car to bring us back to the hotel 10minutes away, FH said he would ask his grooms men to drive us back in his New SUV- Escalade.

I'm having that debate too. Our hotel is literally a block away and we would have to pay a two hour minimum for any car. I don't really want either of us to drive so I'm thinking of having someone drive my dads New mercedes and bringing it back. Lol.

Our coordinator just got us quotes today on a classic car and a carriage ride. The hotel we plan to stay at is literally about a half a mile from our reception venue. I'm thinking I want carriage, but I also want a classic car. Decisions, Decisions.

From our Reception we are just going to take back the buses that we rented to take everyone back to the hotel. But to go to our honeymoon the next morning, I rented a Tesla, and I am super excited about that!

That depends... Either a 2010 Corolla or a 2012 Civic, but I'll probably give my Civic to my bridesmaids for the weekend, so Corolla for the win.

Now I want a fancy getaway car... *Starts reworking budget*

Wow. I love that these answers are all over the place! lol. Porsches, horses and carriages, party buses - amazing.

I forgot about Uber Plus. I am a bit concerned that we might be too tired and/or drunk, so I need a contingency plan and a taxi would be way too expensive.

We'll probably hire a town car. I don't know where our cars will wind up that day and I don't want to worry about drinking and driving. There are companies in my area that do one way for a flat rate of $49. We're not hiring a limo or anything that has a 4 hour minimum. Either the town car or fancy uber.

Party bus but only because we're continuing the party at our favorite bar.
