What did you forget?

Church decorations were forgot.
Marriage license was almost forgot. Mom had to turn around and go get it. It was forgotten because I planned on taking my car but my mom wasn’t happy with that and at the last minute made me get in my bridesmaids car.
Don’t let anyone make you change your plans, especially at the last minute when you have things planned and ready. Like I did with the license in the car so it didn’t get forgotten. 😠

Napkins aha we did our own social hour and somehow I forgot napkins! We had drinks and food and somehow iono I forgot napkins just a week or less before.

My florist forgot my pin for my flowers which was my something old so my husband's sister gave me her earrings which were my husband's grandmother's earrings. I felt bad because my sister-in-law didn't have earrings to wear since she gave them to me.

Suggestion, make several versions of a checklist and follow it through. I have a 12 page checklist, which includes a checklist for my checklist, an appendix to my checklists and then some. We started checking off our preparation for loading the car checklist yesterday.

That’s how I started then retyped it all.

So I had lists on lists on lists for anything I could ever possibly need between rehearsal, getting ready, ceremony, reception, etc. And I packed all of those things. But when it came to the actual wedding part, I forgot almost everything lol. I almost forgot to put my jewelry on and I forgot my garter (something blue). So even if you make lists for days and pack way in advance, there will always be snafus.
