What did you wear for your engagement photos?

So this is a behind the scene of our E-Pic. I had a yellow sweater with a blue and green sweater scarf, skinny jeans, and navy blue heels; FH wore dark jeans, a navy blue polo, and a dark gray sweater. We chose these outfits because they are our colors (navy, yellow, and burgundy); we know we didn't have to but wanted to incorporate the colors

Here's the other behind the scene of our other epic session. I had a burgundy lace-sleeve dress with navy heels; he had a navy blazer, burgundy and white button up, and slacks. Again, we were going with our wedding color theme ( didn't have to but wanted to)!

Does anyone have any indoor pictures? It is getting cold in Michigan and I don't want to bulk up with tons of layers.

Amanda, I was trying not to share too many, but since you asked... here's an indoor photo taken with our kitty. The photographer came to our house and did a few photos hanging out in our living room.

I knew we'd be shooting in a windy location, so I choose a skirt that would add to the drama.

It was SO windy.

H proposed in front of a photographer, so we have some dressier photos, but don't really "coordinate." But for our engagement shoot we went more causal, I'll add in next comment.

We didn't have any props.

We did two. One in the spring that I don't have photos of on my phone. And again the fall. The first set was a package I won. The second I scheduled with our wedding photographer. She is so talented and I lost weight and couldn't be happier. It was starting to get cool out so we kept it casual and bundled up a little.

We tried a lot of props so hang in there! I wore a white dress from NY & Company for one outfit:

I loved the balloons with the casual shirts. I call my FH a groomzilla so this shirt was perfect for him!

These were our dressy outfits for our shoot! We also did casual fall outfits

We didnt do any props, but i only wore one outfit. i wore a pretty maxi - we had ours taken in July.

Ugh, not the one I meant to post! Here is a better look at the outfits, we coordinated but didn't do a lot of pattern.

My FH and I did causal, funny and nice outfits. We just changed our shirts and that was perfect. We made sure that the pictures really showed who we are as a couple and a hint of what our wedding will be like!
