What do you call your wedding?

By dashes I really do mean that-- the grand march will be to the mario brothers theme... and under their tuxes they groomsmen/groom are all going to have t-shirts of their fav mario characters--I saw a pic where the BM stand behind them and hold open their shirts and you see superheroes--and I think mario characters will work just as well! And the Grooms cake is an amazing work of pipes with (of course) the Piranha Plant. It was either work on Mario Brothers... or Call of Duty!

" Family Reunion" his family is from the east coast and mine from TX and we haven't seen everyone in over a yr. so this is gonna be AWESOME becuase they'll be meeting for the first time :0

Ours is a "Masquerade Ball" with handmade Italian masks for the wedding party to wear during the reception and the guests were instructed to bring masks.

I call ours an intimate celebration, I seem to use the word intimate a lot when talking to people about our day and I use it a lot on WW too.

Maybe "elegant spring".? Lots of purple and spring green linens and decor with silver serving pieces to make the whole place sparkle. My sister calls it the "magnoonina celebration" ( merger of our last names).

"vintage glam in a summers day" .... alot of vintage pieces including my ring, the style of my hair, the jewel designs in my dress.... glam with the hot pinks and burnt orange, millions of rose pedals and candles.... and crystals hanging from the manzanita trees at the tables....sunset in san diego, overlooking golf course during ceremony with a river going through it.... yay how exciting for all brides planning....!!

Morrocco meets Vintage Hollywood Chic. lots of bright saturated color with clasic vintage style elements scattered with rich fabrics and lots of candle light and trinkets (scarves, fans, lanterns) from Morrocco.

Idk what I'm calling it. Half beach/half party lol. Ceremony is on the beach and reception is overlooking the beach but no beach colors... We are using a deep fuchsia-pink and black with silver accents. But yet we may use seashells in the centerpeices. Haha. It's kinda a mess right now but hoping it all comes together the right way

Eat, Drink & Be Married!

I am still thinking about that We are getting married 10 days before christmas soooo "10 Days Before Christmas"? haha

I am incorportating ornaments and flowers in our centerpieces, but not the typical red and green. Everything will be purple and silver

My fiance calls it the day " these effing boxes in my dining room " are for... lol

If I had to call it anything besides OUR Wedding, I would call it "Simple and Elegant with some football thrown in". FH and I love football, so we are adding little touches of our favorite teams throughout the reception.
