My FH and I already have a house together. So registering for things we already have, such as kitchenware, didn't make much sense. We also didn't think we would be able to go on a honeymoon after funding the wedding ourselves.

This is where HoneyFund.com comes in. It allows your guests to help pay for the honeymoon instead of giving gifts. Seem like an interesting alternative to the typical registry.

So has anyone used HoneyFund before? How did it work out for you? Also do you think the guests would enjoy this alternative? And is HoneyFund a safe site financial wise to work with?

I'm really interested in doing Honeyfund for my registry since my fiance and I already live together, but can someone inform me of when I should make the account public? I don't want to start it too early and I don't want to be to late.

You don’t Have to link the flight to the site. The guests picks that gift and gives you the money towards it thru the site or in cash…
