These look like good ideas! I love the red accents, especially on the flower girl attire. You seem very organized, I like how you put notes above the inspiration photos!

    Nice ideas!

I would just caution though that the heart shaped flower arch piece itself will likely cost thousands from a florist. If you get a wood or metal arch and ask the florist only for accent bunch/bunches to tie on it, that would cost way less.

I think everything looks nice. My only concern is the bridesmaids dresses. They look rather fancy which makes me think they might be expensive. I will also say as someone who wanted everyone in the exact same dress that if I could do it again I would have given them a store to get it from, a color, material and told them it had to be long then let them pick the style. Getting everyone to agree on a dress was a nightmare and a week before my wedding my sister who was maid of honor refused to wear the dress even though she originally agreed to wear it so we had to scramble to find her a different dress.

When ready I want my bridesmaids to choose a gown that works for them and they can wear it again for another time.

This is nice, I like your contrast. Have you chosen a venue yet? If so, I would go with their chairs if possible, instead of renting. I would nix the chair covers, limo, and head table as these are a bit dated. I'd let your bridesmaids pick shoes they find comfortable, but perhaps in your chosen color. Best wishes

This looks so pretty! Smiley smile

I agree that letting your bridesmaids pick their shoes is a really good idea, especially since the dresses you picked are floor length so shoes won't show much anyways. If you're letting them pick their own dresses you could just ask that they be a certain color and length.

I'd also suggest thinking twice about any kind of embellishment on invitations. They're super pretty, but there's a huge chance they could get caught on something, bent, lost, etc. when you add the extra dimension. Ours were 4-5 pieces of paper in a regular envelope, and we still had a bunch get lost in the mail.
