Mine is similar to the one pictured in the OP, but is larger and shaped more like a treasure chest! It was $70 originally but I got it at a going out of business sale for $9.99!

I made ours...my DH helped, and mistakenly glued the two layers together with the seam in the front...respective to the topper. But we put the “cards” sign on the seam so not a big deal (the sign has since come off)...no one would have cared about the seam anyway...I like how it came out.
