What flavor is/was your wedding cake?

Ours will be a layer of each - lemon, strawberry, marble and another lemon. Then we have a sheet cake being cut and served of just chocolate and white.

We decided to go for classic flavors done perfectly. Alternating tiers of yellow and chocolate chocolate chip from Edgar's bakery. (Small chain in Alabama)

My mom is baking our cake, which sounds like a nightmare, but im so glad she offered. she literally makes the best cake i have ever had.

we're going to have a tier of red velvet with cream cheese, a tier of strawberry with strawberry cream, and a tier of vanilla with chocolate ganache, all in vanilla buttercream. she made us cupcakes as a tester back in july - they were AMAZING and didnt last a week in our house!

We're having a red velvet cake to cut, then one chocolate and one vanilla to serve guests. Buttercream frosting. The groom's cake will be a layered naked red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting between the layers.
