What glue to use for fabric ribbon to glass?

Hi all,

For my centerpieces I'd like to glue two layers of ribbon to glass vases. I understand I'll need to glue twice. I'd prefer not to use a glue gun as I'll have several others helping me. I was looking into glue dots but I couldn't find any real reviews that said whether they would stick to glass. Thanks for any help.

    I've used glue dots to make two different sets of center pieces for two of my best friends' weddings. They were SUPER easy to use and still have the ribbons on them today (ironically sitting in my garage). I'd say go glue dots for sure!

    I was hoping someone had experience using them (glue dots). I don't want something messy but I want it to hold up. One of those many pre-wedding anxieties. Picturing the centerpieces falling apart.

    I don't trust glue dots. I'd just stick with the glue gun. It only takes a few minutes to get a lot done.

    I helped a woman at my church long ago use glue dots to stick ribbon on jars, it wasn't the greatest adhesive, but it did work. I would strongly suggest glue guns and asking your friends if they have a glue gun to bring #BYOGG LOL be sure to use lots of glue dots if that is the road you take!
