What helped you to stay relaxed as can be ?
Don't get me wrong my future hubby is helping a lot. He helped me a lot.Same with my maid of honor and my mom .
But there are times I just wanna lose my crap and cry lol . 😆 Don't get me wrong , we have a lot of things complished .
With me and over thinking at times. I can just cry lol 😆 🙃 I know it's all going to be worth it in the end.
But I need something to help me to stay more calm. We have over 400 and some left to the final moments. I would some more advice on how to stay calm.

Sometimes its ok to lose your crap and cry as long as you aren't being mean to anyone. But for me it is important to remember it is just a day and even if it not perfect it will be the most special day. I love to write things down so I m constantly writing lists it definitely helps me to see what needs to be done and I love checking things off when a task has been accomplished. I also find journaling and exercising very helpful in keeping me sane and relaxed. I try to make sure wedding planning isn't taking over every aspect of my life, its important to still have nights out with friends and date nights. Remember to take time out for you, I saw this silly/cute little thing I think it may have been on Pinterest recently where you go to Target or any similar store with your partner and split up you have a list favorite color, favorite snack, favorite movie, favorite sports team, favorite item of clothing, favorite season etc (it can be anything really)and you choose 3 things on the list and have to find something for your partner and then you go home and swap . After a very stressful day we went and did it on a very small scale one night and oh man there were so many giggles. So don't forget to have fun and laugh with each other. If you are feeling overwhelmed it s ok to walk away from it for a bit go far a walk, watch a show, do a face mask, go on an impromptu date, and then go back to it later. Wedding planning can be stressful but you got this! Happy planning!

When I feel overwhelmed by wedding planning, I just step away from it. It can wait. I do something else until I'm feeling calm again and ready to get back to planning.

Me too. Sometimes though we just need a break. It'll be waiting for you when you're ready, so don't feel bad about taking time for yourself.

Always take a break when you can and cry if you need to! I have lol. Also learn from me and maybe don’t try to do too many other life altering, expensive and time consuming things while also wedding planning 😅
