What information did you put on your website?

Michelle, on August 16, 2021 at 1:53 PM Posted in Planning 0 6
Beyond the engagement pictures and basic date/location/time. Did you include anything fun or just the essential FAQ type details?

We have a section on our story and how we fell in love, we have a section for fun things to do in our area (he picked 3, I picked 3), an area for suggested hotels, and then just the general info for ceremony/reception, bridal party info, FAQs and registry.

We have pretty much the same as Allie. Pictures of us, our story, recommended hotels (I will be putting the room block info on there), things to do in the area, event details, bridal party, FAQs, and once we register I'll put that on there as well.

Information about the two hotels where we blocked rooms, and a few other nearby hotels. Information about the nearest airports. Also just added a section about what the local COVID restrictions are.

We included a FAQ section, a page for hotel room blocks, as well as a bridal page which included pictures of our bridal party as well as their role!

We included a page for photos of us, wedding day timeline/itinerary (a basic version not the detailed one), guest info (including hotel options, parking, covid info, etc.) wedding party, and a link to our registry.

I did a blog in 2 languages about the traditions and superstitions in our 2 countries, as it wasn't clear to both sides of our family and friends. I also explained the protestant ceremony to catholic guests. So at the end they could understand better what they would be seeing as rituals and customs at our wedding.
