what is the average time to wait...

Mine told me it could be 4-6 weeks. However, he provided a couple of teaser photo's about a week and a half later. They have now almost got all of my pictures uploaded to their website for me to view as of last night.

I got a link to a website with all my pictures in about 2 weeks and a disk with all the pictures a few days later. But our photographer was a family friend so I'm not sure what the norm really is. I say send a quick email just asking what the time frame is. But like Brian said... it is wedding season so they're probably just a little busy.

We did our engagement pictures begining of June and our photographer said it would be about 3 to 4 weeks because this is the time where he so busy! I can't wait to see them though.

I have complete faith that she will come through (she did a great job on the e-pics and the b-pics). Im no worried about that part.....

but just a little tease doesnt hurt, right? *sigh*

I think my photographer said it could be 6-8 weeks for ours but am not sure 100%. I know for our e-pics, it took 1.5 weeks to get the proofs and that was for almost 300 pictures.

I am sure it varies.

Mine told me two weeks... its been about that i should get them soon. but she posted a few to her website already so i know she has been working on it!

My photog promises 3 pics (teasers) within 3 days. He says he gets pics back in 2-3 weeks. But most of the other ones I talked to said 6-8 weeks.

My daughter got a lo-res cd with all 794 pictures on it two days after her June 4, 2011 wedding from her photographer. What is in your contract?

I am supposed to get mine today. He promised 2-3 weeks, and well we're a little past that.. Which reminds me, WHERE THE HELL IS MY MARRIAGE LICENSE!@

Raptor! oh no on the maraige license! Luckily that came FAST! my friend who married us mailed it the next day while we left for the airport and we got it back the week we returned from our honeymoon! I would make a lovely phonecall!

My friend just got married (June 3), and her photog told her it could be August. So about 8 weeks. She told her this before the contract was signed though so it was expected.

I found us in the FL court system that confirmed we ARE married. It's just a matter of where the crap is the license!!!!!

I was married June 4th and think we got our online gallery by early August. So 2 months. I definitely expected a longer wait due to prime wedding season and he already warned me he was shooting 2 weddings in Europe right after ours.

A certified copy of the license is just as good as the original. We didn't have to sign ours, so it isn't sentimental in anyway. We just got cert. copies for the legal name change etc. (which i haven't done yet...don't know if I will).

Thanks for the info Sharon! Im trying *really* hard to not email my photographer cause I know it will just slow her down. I *know* we are going to get our photos....just not anytime soon. :-/

*sigh* so.....I rely on my friends photos to look at over and over again instead. HA!
