What is the best bridesmaid gift?

I only have a little over three weeks till my wedding and still have to buy bridesmaids gifts. I DONT KNOW WHAT TO GET THESE GIRLS. I want to get them all the same thing, and something extra for my MOH. My budget is tight. They are all very different people. Any ideas???

I donated $30 to each of them to spend in whatever way they want to ease the expense and I will give them all lockets based on their interests at the rehearsal dinner. BM #1 loves Superman and I had a locket specially made for her on Etsy. BM #2 loves birds so I got her one with 3 baby owls in a row. BM #3 loves giraffes so I got her one with a giraffe on it.

Since all of my bridesmaids travel to get to my wedding, I purchased some cute travel soft jewelry cases from Pier One. They were on clearance for $7 so I spent $56 total for 8 girls.

I'm planning on spending a bit more on my bridesmaids. Its my sisters and sister in law. I've thought it all out so that each girl has things for their own tastes. A piece of jewelry, an initial tote bag, and a pair of slippers to wear later that night when we're dancing. They have floor length dresses, so no one will even notice if they wear them all day! I think they'll be excited.
