The FH has long worked in the coffee industry, so along with a new pour over system (our favorite coffee at home) he registered for a $1300 espresso machine! Now, we know we probably won't get that (we've three millionaires on our guest list, so who knows, we might) but it was fun to register for and we felt pretty certain no one would feel intimidated or pressured to spend more because of how the price point stood out from the rest of the registry.
What crazy thing did you register for? Was it just weird or, like mine, was it the price that made it crazy?

We have a generator on ours. We have it set up so many people can chip in a little. But it is really the only expensive thing we need. Everything else is just like $50 and under little things that would be nice.

We had put different tables on our registry. A table to put our wine cooler on, an enternainment table for the living room, and a night stand. We didn’t get any at the shower but received gift cards so we were able to purchase them after the shower.

I put a $200 trash can on ours. I know I’m crazy haha but it’s a fancy stainless steel one that has two compartments one for trash and one for recycling. I mostly put it on there to buy with the completion discount.

    That's pretty cool!

We aren't really registering for much since I have a houseful of things but I think the coolest that my fiance picked is a luxury mandolin for the kitchen. He's the cook Smiley smile

That’s awesome!!! I registered for a $900 set of Calphalon cookware from William Sonoma 😳 but I figured it would be worth it just to get the discount after the wedding. Other than that we have a dining table and chairs for $600, but it is listed as a group gift. We low priced items as well, we aren’t really expecting people to purchase the larger items.

Our priciest/craziest is a roomba and a Dyson vacuum, both for $500. I’m excited to get them with our completion discount if we don’t get them as a gift because I’m obsessed with cleaning lol!

When I read crazy I thought actually crazy. In that case, it's the poop emoji plunger my FH insisted on at BB&B. I also have $130 sheet set, $430 Calaphon pots and pans set, a bar from Amazon that is like $300, and a $100 trash can from simplehuman.

We have animal shaped mugs because FH said we needed a matching set of mugs....

We have 3 very large clocks because FH needs all 3 of them lol

I took off the table runners FH added because we don't even have a table.

I love my big weirdo ❤

I honestly think ours is pretty basic.

Maybe the Roomba, or the giant 3 part canvas print of the Boston skyline, or the Maine shaped cutting board, hahah

We have holiday dishes on ours too, as well as glasses and cheese spreaders. I love the holidays and hope to be able to entertain soon!

Our craziest things in terms of price are the Ninja intellisense kitchen system which is almost $300, and a decent sized camping tent for about $200. The craziest thing is probably a double Belgian waffle maker, which someone has already bought us!

My most expensive item is $500 mixer. But the craziest thing is probably our china. I'm 50. My sweetheart is definitely not into the whole formal china look, but was well trained by his southern grandma and can set a formal multi-course meal table setting. So we went with Calamity Ware. It's blue and white china with different scenes like a vortex, flying monkeys or robots. He's so excited.

This is my second marriage and we are not registering anywhere. However my first go around the funniest thing I registered for was a door mat. I found a really nice one at Target and thought it would be a good addition. For some reason people got a chuckle out of it though.

My FH thinks I'm crazy for registering for it, but it's the Sur La Table Pearl Stoneware dishes and matching accessories (pasta dish, dessert plates, etc). I studied abroad in London 6 years ago and I bought a tea set there that matches perfectly to the pearl stoneware set. He thinks I'm nuts for matching these two things together, but it looks really nice! The most expensive thing we're registering for is Roomba type vacuum. I hate vacuuming so it would make life easier to have a timer and let it do it's thing.

FH and I cook a lot, so I registered for an $800 All-Clad pots/pans set-- I wanted to register for the individual pieces for ease of gifting, but it's like $300 more that way! Next most "crazy" is probably a KitchenAid mixer and Vitamix. I'm thinking of registering for some party games like Cards Against Humanity and What Do You Meme? as well..
