What is your biggest pet peeve with your partner??? (& what is your favorite thing?!)

Oh my! This is why I need a house big enough for his & her sinks

Mine is extremely OCD- drives me crazy sometimes but it has helped in some situations. For example, we customized our invitations, using a pic of his firefighter helmet & our wedding rings. The proof came in & the 1 in the date (4/3/21) was crooked. I didn’t even notice it until he pointed it out & then I couldn’t un-notice it! Caught it just in time before it went to print!
What I love the most is how he shows his love for me & he shows it in little ways. My car is on its last legs & if I don’t start it every couple of days, it needs a jump. I forget sometimes but he will remember if it’s been a couple of days & just go do it without me asking. I had major surgery the beginning of October & the surgeon told him I had to walk every couple of hours so I won’t develop blood clots. He would get me up every couple of hours, sometimes slinging me over so I’d be leaning on his back & walk me up & down our hallway.

My favorite thing about my FH: he’s super kind and sweet and has never raised his voice at me even when we don’t agree on something. He’s never judged me for having differing ideas or when I want to take up a hobby he knows I won’t stick with. 😂


My least favorite thing: he’s super forgetful. For example, he’ll ask me what kind of drink I want to order when we go to Starbucks or something and I’ll say something like just a black coffee, but once we get to the counter he’ll just freeze up and be like, “what did you want again?” Drives me nuts, but in the grand scheme of things, it’s such a minor thing that I could definitely live with lol.

One of my favorite things about FH is his sense of humor. He LOVES dad jokes and uses them all the time. Sometimes they're funny, other times.....but he still cracks up and I love him for it.


My biggest pet peeve is probably how often he's on his phone. He could literally ask me if I wanna watch something with him and then 2 seconds later pulls out his phone barely looking at the tv. He'll do that while we're out too sometimes with friends/family. Most likely Facebook or the iFunny app.

My biggest pet peeve is his memory he's so forgetful lol but my favorite thing is how caring and loving he is, he definitely puts me on a pedastool and although he's forgetful with most things he remembers everything about me 🥰❤️

Biggest pet peeve: he leaves all the cabinets and drawers open!! He doesn’t know how to shut anything and always just says “it’s more efficient.” LOL I can always tell he’s been home if I walk into the kitchen and every cabinet door is open..


Best thing: I can tell him literally anything without worrying he’ll freak out or think negatively about me or be anything but supportive. I’ve known him for like 10 years and the only time I’ve ever seen him angry is when his computer lags 😂 it’s so nice to be able to freely talk about whatever is bothering me. I’ll take the cabinets being open all the time haha

Pet peeve: he doesn’t clean right; what I mean to say is he doesn’t clean like me haha. I asked him to make the bed, no not that way 🤣 why didn’t you wipe the counter down all the way? 🤦🏽‍♀️


Favorite thing: he gets me. Weird me. Goofy me. Serious me. All the different me’s. I love that I can be myself with him, a side of me that very few get to see or know.

Pet peeve is that he falls asleep everywhere and anywhere, and when I ask him to go to bed, he'll "go in a minute."

2 hours later, I'm on my 15th time asking him to GO ^(*&^!(#@^$^ TO BED, and he gets mad at ME for yelling at him.

...I should just point a phone at him and record it.

Favorite thing: the man can COOK. I am a picky eater, and I had the tiniest menu before I met him. He's helped me get over a lot of food-based trauma and eat much better. I also refer you to my many posts in which I refer to his Italian heritage. He literally promised me pasta in his vows.

He remembers everything like that, I never have to remind him about any dates (we also were bestfriends for 7 years before we started dating so he literally knows EVERYTHING about me). But its the little things (take something out for dinner, give the dog a bath, grab this at the store lol)

My favorite thing about my significant other is he is so kind. He would give the shirt off his back to help anyone. He has a strong sense of family and is unwavering in his ability to show me he cares about me. He also really listens to me and makes an effort to hear me out if I am upset. He will never forgo the hard conversation if it means making things better.
My pet peeve: this man lives on island time with the inability to multitask. Like we will sit in a car and he will just sit there and talk. I have to be like "OMG talk and drive, we got places to be". Never a sense of urgency, which can be fine but not when it takes 5 times as long to do a project.

My biggest pet peeve is that when my husband comes home from work and changes into comfy clothes, he will just leave his clothes on the floor right where he took them off! I am constantly reminding him to pick them up.

My favorite thing about my husband is that he is so funny, sweet and makes me soooo happy. If I am having a bad day, he knows exactly how to cheer me up. I love him so much!

I love everything about Daniel lol he's seriously amazing.

HOWEVERRR . . the man does not know how to chew with his mouth closed. Honestly at this point I think he does it on purpose lol It's the most annoying thing to me. I tell him he needs to get used to chewing with his mouth closed because if we go out to dinner with people he's just gonna embarrass himself.
