We did a BBQ dinner. We had chicken, brisket, pulled pork, Mac-n-cheese, beans, potato salad, two more sides I can’t remember, rolls and buns. Banana pudding and peach cobbler. Instead of a wedding cake, we did mini bundt cakes with a two tiered bundt cake to cut!

Our venue does Italian food with a modern flair. they'll be doing appetizers with champagne for 30 mins before the ceremony. after the ceremony we'll have cocktail hour. for the reception we have sit down dinner with 10 options to choose from including some vegetarian and 1 vegan. they have so many add on options. We have our tasting this wednesday so I'm excited to see exactly what we'll be serving.

We are doing an evening wedding so we are serving dinner. We have 6 passed apps, we are doing mini French onion soups, chicken croquettes, mini chicken tacos, stuffed mushrooms, a seafood app (I can’t remember the name of it), and fried ravioli. For dinner we are doing a Gorgonzola stuffed chicken, baked stuffed sole, and carved sirloin or prime rib. All come with a salad, a pasta starter, mashed potatoes and vegetables on the side. For dessert we are just doing cake.

We are however providing breakfast and lunch for the bridal party. I’m thinking we will order bagels and/or sandwiches for breakfast/lunch.
