I thought it was going to be just $50 for the license, but then my therapist said I should put more thought/effort into it. Now I'm up to about $700 for my outfit alone D: Probably around 6-7k total if I throw both of the parties I want. YIKES! This is a lot for a former Occupy girl! I used to live in a tent and my relationship cycle was like meet person, have person move into tent and bang, see person do something stupid, make person find another tent. And now I have a sweet, loving partner and need to act like a civilized human. LOL.

Ahhhh, I mean, that's basically what my situation is! We are having a destination wedding in LA so the price is including flights and accommodations for us and a few family members. My price is including everything (dress, wedding bands, etc.). About half of the cost is the venue, we are going very heavy on flowers and are factoring in tips for all services in the cost!

The average cost of a wedding in 2019 was around 30k. That’s what I have budgeted for. I am travel nursing right now so I guess the timing worked out. 😂

$13k for 80 guests, not including honeymoon. I feel like we scaled down on so many aspects with our ceremony & reception, yet it's still so expensive!

I am soooo with you with that. Im my opinion anything less than 100 guests should not go over $5k im just saying. Hell we have only 20 i cant see all of that but hey each its own.

Just under $3000 for 50 people. I am not including rings, dress (although it was $60) or honeymoon. Afternoon ceremony, lunch reception (open bar but no one really drank much) and no dance. Money was spent mainly on reception musician, food and photography. Reception in a private dining room of a favorite restaurant, no charge as we are regulars!! Would do it all the same way if I did it again.

Hello! Our budget is $30k but that includes attire, wedding bands, 150 guests, and hotel accommodations. We are at 26k right now, and I am hoping that we can stay below.
