Real. Didn't make much sense to get married outdoors in a tropical paradise and bring in fake foliage. LOL

I’ve been considering this option as well! And I thought the faux flowers would be a nice gift to the bridal party as well. But I guess I wasn’t sure how long or much it would take me to make everything myself. Who are you having yours made by?

I made all of mine myself! I bought a bunch of flowers from Hobby Lobby and put them together myself. I spent about $75 for 7 bouquets as well as 7 boutonnieres and I split up making them to 3 afternoons. It's really not as hard as I thought if would be! It was actually fun!

I'm doing a mixture Smiley smile

We have real flowers for our centerpieces & ceremony entrance. We have fake flowers for the bridesmaids bouquets and paper flowers (Harry potter!) for my junior bridesmaids who didn't want to carry flowers so they are corsages instead.

That’s awesome you’re incorporating Harry Potter

we were so so torn between potter and lotr

My SO got me the one Ring from the jewelers in New Zealand who made the movie props so we decided to just stick with lotr

what other Harry Potter elements are you including?

    Shameless lol

but in all seriousness I was able to get 200 roses for Black Friday for 85 bucks

the lilys will be as low as 50 and up to 240 depending on if we go with decorating the aisle and fireplace versus just bouquet

i might do 200 more roses for 100 bucks if we desperately need more fillers but that’s still like a max of 425 for literally like 550 flowers

or as low as 135 including shipping for 250 flowers

Im really pleased to hear you say that!

my mother and step mother aren’t thrilled with my “flowerless wedding” as they have dubbed it but I think that the effect will be cool and unique and most importantly I’m in love with the price tag lol

Mine too! Without a doubt lol

im price shopping like crazy for every little detail

    it matters though

original guess pricetag after looking at everything and based off what we wanted was 40-50k

switched many items to completely custom and designed by us and are actually more around 10-15k including things original budget forgot like 3/4 cups per person per hours and food for wedding party the morning of wedding

We are doing a mix of real and faux. Real for the bouquets, boutonnières, and centerpieces. Faux for the other decor!
