What made it seem most "real" for you?

I am still not sure it feels real.
We've sent out invitations, had RSVPs start to come in, I've had 2 dress fittings, and we've even done a cake tasting...

Each time, it started to feel real, but I still won't believe it 'til our officiant makes it real.

It still doesn't seem real and we're at 78 days now. Decorations are arriving, my dress is here, all this stuff is planned and payed for and sure, it puts a wierd knot of butterflies in my tummy, but it still seems like it's surreal

Same, nothings made it feel real yet, but I'm hoping having the dress & the veil & the accesories will bring all the feels

I'm still 10 months out but have had a few of those "it's getting real moments" so far... booking the venue, hitting the "1 year out" mark, finding my dress and now sending out STDs. AT the moment it seems like it's getting "realer" by the day, but at the same time it still feels weirdly surreal if you know what I mean?

For my FH I know it was hitting the 1 year mark and meeting for the first time with our celebrant which happened around the same time. I definitely saw a couple of "Oh s**t, this is really happening" looks flit across his face!

When I saw our finished invitations with our names on them definitely made it feel real for me.

I kept having "OMG this is really happening!" moments all throughout the planning process but heading to the venue for the rehearsal I had a panick about it all coming together, then the rehersal itself really just helped me to stop and breath and just be at peace.. That is until we were all lined up ready to walk down the isle... I had a fll blown panic attack until I made my first step down the isle and it all went away

My first dress fitting. i just had it last week and putting my dress on again was just to overwhelming in such a good way.

Oh that's amazing that you're getting so excited about your wedding! I'm sure sending out the invites really put an "official" stamp on the whole wedding. I haven't reached that stage yet, I know I'm getting married but I really don't think it will hit me until the night before our wedding when we don't stay together. Who knows though there might be a million other things that happen between now and then that make it more real to me.

When we started getting our RSVP's back! And slowly having things arrive from cake topper to guest book and other things we've ordered or people have delivered. It's crazy to think we have less than 80 days to go!

I've had a couple so far.

1) When FH and his groomsmen were getting fitted for their tuxes. Thats when it really hit both me and FH.

2) When I got to try my dress on for the first time since purchasing it a year ago.

3) When invites were addressed last week even though theyre not getting sent out for another week and half.

Each one just makes me think wow this is really happening and I just get so excited! 94 Days out for me!

It is already real but the point of no return will definitely be the invitations being mailed. We've already had to re-do them 4 times so I am a bit paranoid that we will find another issue when it is too late to do them again. Right now they are all sitting pretty in a box, in their envelopes waiting for the 1st to be mailed.

The final meeting at the venue with the day of coordinator for sure!

We had the meeting one month prior to the wedding date and I am 17 days away from the big day!!

When we went to the court house to get the marriage license! We both walked out practically skipping and cheering! I am so happy to be marrying the love of my life

For me, when I was reading the ceremony outlines our officiant sent us. It was..... almost shocking, to tell the truth.
