What do you think the best part of the wedding ceremony is? Is it when the bride or groom is walking down the aisle and their partner sees them for the first time on their wedding day? Or exchanging vows? Being pronounced as a married couple for the first time? The first kiss? What part are you most...

If you are already married, what was your favorite part of your ceremony?

I am most looking forward to the exchanging of vows. My fiancé is a huge romantic who always writes the sweetest things so I can't even begin to imagine what he is going to say that day to me.

    Hey Lisa!
In my opinion, the most emotional (and the best) part of the ceremony is the exchange of the rings (#2: the vows ,especially with personalized vows but I wouldn't put the traditional vows as my #2) . We are writting our own vows, we want them to be a surprise and to only exchange them on our wedding day. Hopefully, I won't cry LOL.
"when the bride or groom is walking down the aisle": Not for us, in my opinion because:

1- She showed me her dress (front and back) when she brought it home after final alterations were finished (the dress alone, she wasn't in it).

2- We are having a 1st look.I know that most brides and grooms say the magic of walking down the aisle is still there but ... I don't know.

The vows and ring exchange are definitely an emotional part of the ceremony! I agree that those are both high on the list of the important ceremony moments. Very cool that you are writing your own vows! My fiance and I are doing a first look as well, and I'm super excited for that! I think the walk down the aisle will still be emotional for me, but in a different way: I dread being the center of attention and will probably not feel magical while walking down the aisle, but instead stressed. So my fiance and I will be walking down the aisle together to try to help with that.
