What self improvement are you working on for your wedding?

So I've decided to make 2021 a year of self love and as a benefit hopefully imrpove some things for the wedding lol. I've been dieting and exercising, already lost a few pounds 😀. Working on getting my skin under control, I've never had acne in my life, of course now before the wedding I've got a bad case of mask-ne smh. I'm contemplating doing some teeth whitening. I've also been doing a lot of foot masks and stuff trying to "treat" myself while stuck in the house.



What are you doing as self love or a routine to better something for your wedding?

    Ugh, I had a little bit of maskne too! I was doing a weekly massage and facial starting 4 months before the wedding and thoroughly enjoyed and recommend!

    I did a sheet mask every week for a month and I definitely did whitening strips for my teeth

    Working on continued self love, yoga as often as possible, journaling, therapy, and setting limits on video meetings when I need to. Zoom fatigue is so real!
