    Mine is a round Hearts and arrows cut. I did endless hours of research on diamonds before I made my choice. Round diamonds have the most sparkle and I wanted to maximize the sparkle by getting an Ideal cut by Brian Gavin. Round diamonds also face up larger than most other stones such as princess cut, asscher, cushion cut. My 1.3 carat round faces up at 7mm in diameter and a 7mm princess cut is 2 carats.

    It is sapphire! It’s my birthstone. He knew I didn’t want a diamond so he chose sapphire. My wedding band is also going to be white sapphire
