What should my new instagram username be after wedding? 🤔

I don't think this is something that ever crossed my mind, but I think the shorter the better.

The easier it is for friends and family to find and tag you in things the more user friendly! I think I'd go with option 2 since it doesn't have any characters like the underscore.

I like number two, as well.

when I got married I changed it to Mrs.Acosta03 since we got married 09/03/2017

So my Ig name is my first and middle name plus a number. Personally I plan on keeping my maiden & married last name off IG and twitter so that employers can't find me. I'd personally go with the second option!

WHOA this is super weird, I was literally just talking to my friend about this exact subject about a half an hour ago. We are completely on the same wavelength 😂 FH’s last name is much more common than mine so a lot of the usernames are already taken too

I was actually leaning towards doing the equivalent of the first one you listed (with the underscore at the end). Either that or I’m going to shorten the new last name in the username.

Option two is what I usually do if my first and last are taken. I am so weird that I hate characters and numbers in my usernames so I try to avoid them as much as possible.

Thats what I’m doing with mine, I had to make sure his sister didn’t have the same username (we’ll have the same name after I get married)

I vote for either 1 or 2!! You could also do ingrid_howard if it isn't taken!! I ended up having to add the "_" for my Instagram username too!

Lol so I made a IG a few months ago and I already made my username with my new last name.

I hate my current last name, my new name will be Martinez so I made mine kodi_mtz. Short & sweet.

You could try adding on an extra d at the end of howard.
