What size is your bouquet?

BeachyBrideToBe, on March 21, 2017 at 12:46 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 18

I'm making my own brooch/flower bouquet and I have it basically put together, however, I'm wondering if it should be a bit bigger. I measured the diameter and it's about 10 inches. Wondering what size everyone else's bouquets are? Or if anyone knows the average size for a bridal bouquet?

I think it's whatever size you are comfortable with, but I really commented cause I think it's pretty!

I agree it's what you are comfortable with. Here's a pic of mine. I didn't want anything large either.

Yours is gorgeous! But if you want it bigger, go for it! Mine is small because that's exactly what I wanted, but I've heard criticism that it's too small, so to each her own!

10" diameter is pretty much standard for a bridal bouquet. If you want larger, then do it. Just keep in mind that if you are on the more petite side, a larger bouquet almost overpowers you if it's too large..

It is your personal preference. I think that size is good

I am leaning more towards just making sure the bouquet looks full rather than size. I don't want too much because I wouldn't want it to take away from my dress. Smiley smile

Whatever size you feel comfortable with! But don't let anyone pressure you into accepting something too big or too small...it really is all about person preference and what makes you feel best. Sometimes the smallest ones really are the best, it's all in how they are designed.

    Hehe.
