What Sold You On Your Venue?

View Quoted Comment It is ENORMOUS! There is a video game area in the common area as soon as you walk in. Then the grooms suite has 2 barber chairs and a shower along with tvs and couches. Then there's a pool table between the grooms suite and the bridal suite. The bridal suite has 4 salon chairs with enough plugs for blow dryers, curling irons etc. There are couches and it also has a shower. These suites are brand new! When I saw them last week, they were just doing touch up paint and installing the video games.


It's hard to imagine all that came at a fantastic price!

We are having the ceremony on the beach under a large tree so everyone can be in the shade I think. The beach is only around the corner from the marina so it should take only a minute to drive around there

Yeah it will be enough room I think. Because it is our vow renewal we are only inviting a certain number of guests and no where near what we had for our wedding. I think the total was only about 30-35 and it's a big tree so it should be all good.

What so who was it that said it was free and I didn’t have any restrictions it’s in my parents backyard. All that times are treating it like a regular venue with their own restrictions.

To be completely honest, what sold me was how organized and easy they are to work with. The venue works exclusively with our favorite restaurant as their caterer so that was a huge plus. And they just had every sort of answer to any weird question I may have had. They have a plan for any sort of weird event that might happen. Talking with them made me feel very calm like all of the vendors involved know exactly what they are doing to make sure the big day goes off without any slips. It is a beautiful manor house in the historic downtown area of where we lived when we first started dating so it has a very at home feel as well.
