What songs are on your DO NOT PLAY list??

Along with almost all the songs already mentioned (except "Old Time Rock and Roll"--don't hate on Bob Seger!), "Shout" will absolutely not be played at my wedding. I love the Temptations, but that song won't be making an appearance.

And especially no Macarena. It wasn't fun when I was 14, and it's not fun now.

"I like big butts" Sir Mix-a-Lot is retired for a reason

Oh wait, that's called "Baby got Back", but you know what I mean

Nothing with cursing in it and line dances such as macarena/electric slide etc.

@Anren0412...lmbo about the "fireflies" song, I hate that song with a passion...it is surely like a red curtain and a bull...there will be blood if that song is played

The list is growing as I read everyone's posts.

All of those 'group dance' songs - The Macarena, ChaCha Slide, Electric Slide, YMCA, Chicken dance, etc etc. I know my family well enough to know that those are ALL bad ideas.

Definitely no Lady Gaga... It makes my FH suddenly revert to age 3 with the whining and crying and complaining.

Absolutely no infedelity or death songs. I agree with that too... but one infedelity song in particular really ticks me off - Lips of an Angel by Hinder. Some broad actually requested this song at my best friend's wedding and the DJ actually played it. Ick ick ick on that song!

The other songs on our 'do not play' list are songs that were 'our' songs with our exes. Our past relationships aren't something we really want to be thinking about at our wedding.
