What time should my officiant arrive?

Arielle, on August 31, 2019 at 5:01 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5
Hey all! I’m doing a checklist for my DOC and one of her questions was “what time is your officiant arriving?”

Our officiant is a good friend of ours and said he’ll be there at what ever time she wants him there. Our Ceremony is at 3:30PM. What time do you guys think is appropriate?

Daughter's arrived about 30-45 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. The DJ needed to mic him and they wanted to do a quick sound check. Daughter also had a boutonniere for him, so someone made sure that got to him. (I'm not sure who, maybe the DOC?)

I always arrive 30 minutes prior to a wedding I am officiating to make sure I have the paperwork and any final details worked out before the ceremony begins. I hope that helps.
