Well for me, we met online & his profile was interesting. The physical attraction was there. However, when we met; we hit it off. But after a couple of conversations, I wasn't so sure. I felt that he wasn't "my type". So after evaluating myself, I realized that "my type" wasn't working for me. So I took a leap of faith and gave the relationship a chance. I'm so happy & feel so blessed that I did. So what's your love story?

His best friend who is his best man introduced us and when i saw him i thought he is incredibly handsome and that smile just blew me away, till this day i still just look at him when he smiles and i get butterflies like we just met. sweetest, most gentlemen man i know

My FH and I are high school sweet hearts from different schools. We met in the summer going into my junior year and he was going to be a senior. My best friend Taylor was dating my FH'S best friend Eric. I was at the beach with my friend Megan at the time and Taylor was texting me and told me to send her a pic of me that we were all going to hang out when I got home and he wanted to see what I looked like. I just got a new phone before I went to the beach so I didn't have like any pictures of me on my phone and at the time she was asking for the pic I looked gross from just getting in from the beach lol. So I sent her what I had. Him and I started texting while I was in SC since I had a couple more days until I came home. While we were texting we had a lot of stuff in common. When I got home from the beach us 4 when to the movies and hit it off from there. 5 1/2 years and going strong! I was not only attracted to his looks but also that he's so funny, athletic, smart, well mannered, and the way he treats his mama. It's so true about the way they treat their mom that's how they will treat you. He treats me even better! I am so blessed.
