What was the first venue you visited?

Tansy Hill Farm was Our first and only venue we visited and we booked it! We fell in love with almost everything about it!

Woods on Ninth. It was pretty but a little worn and small. And the bridal room didn't fit my needs. I needed something more spacious.

Willowdale Estate in Toppsfield, MA. So so so beautiful

The first venue we visited was Marriott Renaissance in NJ and my FH loved it and was impressed. Me, not so much, I had my heart set on another venue but the manager kept acting flaky so we booked here. Now the Wedding coordinator quit and they never notified us. We found out because we were trying to make a payment and she wasnt responding so FH called up there and was told that she was no longer with them. He is very upset and feels that the professional thing to do would have been have something in her email that directs you to another person or that they should have reached out to us somehow and let us know. I'm okay with it because we have time and hopefully this coordinator stays with us. We are trying to pay off everything in installments so that when we get married -we owe nothing on that day.

The first place that we looked at was La Mirage in NY. It's located very close to where my future in-laws live so it popped into my brain right away as a possibility. We are not going with this venue because the owner was not very nice and later we saw that they had lots of bad reviews online.

The first ended up being the venue we used.

The first venue we visited was Lucky Spur Ranch and we absolutely LOVED it, but the venue we chose matched us better. We went with Chapel Creek Ranch.

The Lumber Baron Inn.

The first venue we visited was a local music venue/club. It was super cheap but a little on the small side and not really our style.

The second venue we visited was the historic working farm we ended up booking.

We didn't physically visit any,

but i did want to get married in a hotel that was quite far from our home.
It was stunning but it was a financial stress for us for the other wedding bits if we went there.

So now we chose a registry office. For the price of the first venue , we can now have so much more and to do it to our taste too!

The first venue we went to was the one we chose for our ceremony/reception. We looked at one other one, but both new this one was for us right off the bat (it's an apple orchard).

I haven't visited a venue yet but I have emailed and talked to some on the phone. The first was "Providence Cotton Mill."

Chateau on the River at Elizabeth Park in Trenton MI. We didn't visit it for wedding planning though, my 30th high school reunion was there and we both remarked it would make a great wedding venue. We weren't engaged yet. It's actually my dream venue, but WAY WAY out of what we can afford.

The first venue we looked at was The Buckhead Club in Atlanta because I thought I wanted a city wedding. A week later we looking at The Country Club of the South, which was just an out of city option about 40 minutes from downtown. I ended up falling in love with the space and booked it on the spot!

I never had to visit a venue, because my heart was set on our church.
