What was your first stressful planning moment?

Its been the Venue for us. It's one of the highest chunks of our budget for one, and very few places we like can accommodate our tiny budget, and even within those, some don't have my beloved date available even though I started looking 10 months out and it's in the dead of winter!!
I still feel like nothing can come together until I have a venue booked.

Hands down when my fiancé’s sister (whom I haven’t seen in 2 years) greeted us with a brand new face tattoo that was NOT there when i asked her to be a bridesmaid 🤦🏻‍♀️ Definitely would have thought twice about having her in the wedding party...

Disagreement over changing the date, then venue search.

A little bit of a family fud between uncles and aunts but should be all good now.

Trying to decide on a photographer was probably one of the most stressful parts so far and so is setting up The Knot account.

The guest list by far. I have almost no family here in America, and a VERY limited amount of friends I actually want to attend my wedding, which are mostly friends I met through him. He has a GIANT Italian family, and I don't some of them.

Probably finding a venue. We looked up a lot online and just couldn’t find one in our price range.

Finding a venue for the reception! (He’s actually more picky than I am! 😂)

Picking a venue when we're unable to visit any since we're doing all our planning from out of state.

Trying to find a caterer. Not only is it difficult trying to decide on a food, but then the price of catering 140 people!! I almost died realizing that was a small wedding because the price for that is immense

Getting family on board for a destination wedding! Without any information (because we hadn't actually planned anything yet) they were almost threatening not to come. I'm so glad we remained strong and firm because they're excited and perfectly on board now!
