So I just got a quote from my florist, and I didn't think the price was that bad. It was for 5 bridesmaid bouquets, bridal bouquet, guys pin ons, and 16-18 centerpieces (they were in a package but I upgraded a little bit) My mom however thought it was expensive. OP, your quote is a steal. Most flowers are included in my venue so I'm not sure how much of what I'm paying is allocated toward flowers. But for most events I do for work, the flowers are always at least over $1000.

I think the quote you got is a great price! Our flowers came to $760, that was for my bouquet, 1 bm bouquet, a flower wand and crown, 3 corsages, 5 boots, and 6 centerpieces. That didn't include the fake pumpkins that I provided for the centerpiece floral arrangements to go in

$2400 for a large cascading bridal bouquet, 6 BM bouquets, 2 corsages for moms, 6 boutonnieres, 12 centerpieces, and a garland for the arch and arch rental. I thought it was reasonable.

Sounds like a great deal to me! I believe my grandmother spent $1700 at a local grocery store for her bridal bouquet, 8 BM bouquets, 8 boutonnieres, Rose petals, 12 centerpieces, and Arch

Depends on whats important to you...I just cant see myself spending more than a few hundred on something thats gonna get thrown away. Im going to go diy buy wholesale and get mostly greenery palm leaves to save cash. VERY minimal flowers. #budgetbride

Our budget was no more than $1,000. We got all we needed for about $840.

    1 Bouquet

    3 bridesmaids

    1 grooms bout.

    4 groomsmen bouts.

    1 floral hair clip

We are DIYing our centerpieces so we just ordered eucalyptus in bulk from the florist.

    And two garlands.

$150 of this was for delivery and set up

That quote sounds great. My estimate is about the same for my bouquet, 4 bridespeople bouquets, 5 bouts, 2 corsages, and 12 centerpieces (the venue is providing the vases). You will get regional variability in pricing, but I think that is really good pricing. I did get a quote in the $500 range from one florist, but then you have to wonder how good it'll be at that price.

If you want to see if your mother is right, you can ask for quotes from other florists to see how they compare.

That's a great price. We spent around $2500 for: 1 bride bouquet, 5 bridesmaids bouquets, 9 bouts, 3 corsages, 1 mother's posie bouquet, sweetheart table decor, mantle decor, arch decoration, 16 centerpieces, 6 small cocktail table centerpieces and eucalyptus ties.

Edit: worth every penny. We got so many compliments on our flowers.

We paid $700 in rural PA for bridal bouquet, 4 BMs, 4 bouts, 1 corsage, arch decor and 10 centerpieces flowers and arranging only (we made the boxes we wanted them to be in and dropped them off to her). Your quote sounds awesome.

900 for one bridal bouquet, one toss bouquet, one bridal flower crown, 4 flower girl baby's breath crowns, 11 bridesmaid bouquets, 12 boutonnieres, 4 corsages and flowers to top our cake. This includes delivery and the little set up for the cake flowers. Our venue provides fresh flowers with our wedding package so I don't have to pay for extra decor flowers for my ceremony or reception and I'm getting married in Southern California. My flowers are various types of roses ( garden, quick sand, david austen o'hara roses, spray roses), dahlias, majolica, hydrangeas, seeded eucalyptus and dusty miller. I got a great deal by setting my budget and finding a vendor on the app thumbtack.

Flowers were not a huge thing for me...more for my mom...she did all the florist research for me! She ended up finding a great little shop...for my bouquet 3 BM bouquets, 2 corsages, 7 bouts, cake flowers and delivery it came to $480. We did our own reception decor.

$1700 in SoCal (including delivery & set up): bridal bouquet, toss bouquet, 5 BM's, 2 FG's, 11 boutineers, 2 corsages, rose petals for 50' aisle, large arrangements for arch (later moved to sweetheart table), centerpieces for 4 cocktail tables, 13 dining tables, flowers for cake, vases for bouquets during reception. We did a lot of comparison shopping and there was nearly $1000 difference between our top two proposals. We loved the florist selected (and her price)! Do your comparison shopping.

Relative on the east coast had BEAUTIFUL flowers from Wegman's grocery -- and they were a DEAL!

I went with a smaller budget because our wedding is at lunch time, so I asked my bridesmaids and they wanted wrist corsages, grandmother, 2 mothers, 8 boutonnières, 1 bridal bouquet and 6 church arrangements $850.00. My mother-in-law and I will do 10 simle table centerpieces (the night before) which is less than $60.00 again, keeping it simple and in budget. More $$$ for our honeymoon.
