What Would You Call This Vibe?

Kylee, on December 15, 2021 at 10:33 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 9
What would you call this wedding “vibe/style”? I keep getting different opinions but I want to be able to accurately describe what aesthetic I’m looking for to my vendors with no room for confusion. So far I get either “colorful boho” or “eclectic garden”. What’s your theme? What Would You Call This Vibe? 1

I wouldn’t call it chic. That’s usually used to describe more elegance and that’s not really the vibe. It’s more laid back and natural

I agree with this, since the colors are so bright and cheerful. I would call it maybe a tropical garden?

The colours are tropical but the actual style isn't, so I wouldn't call it tropical.

Gosh, it's actually quite hard to name that look! I googled both names and the look you seem to be going for seems to be closer to eclectic garden to what comes up for boho.

I think colourful or bright garden wedding would also work, based on what comes up on google images for those terms.

You don't have to name it.

I would literally just show this mood board to your vendors so they get an idea of what style you are going for. People interpret "styles" differently, so the best way to get your vision across is to show people the aesthetic you are going for vs relying on them to correctly guess what you want based off of a label.

    That's my 2 cents.

(This would be a perfect time to insert the "I like the wine, not the label" quote from Schidt's Creek.)
