For me ... I booked my venue... then Caterer.. then DJ/officiant. The Officiant/DJ same company... was able to guide me through some smaller details... like start times and ending times... my wedding is on a Monday so we didn’t wanna start too late and still have time to get ready.

I didn't really follow a time line. I had 2 years of planning. Im all over the place with my planning lol.

After the venue we booked Photographer, Videographer and the Reverend. We even got a discount with the videographer, we are doing everything in advance, our wedding is April 2021

My venue also has in house catering. So the next thing we booked was our photographer. Then our DJ. We technically "booked" our officiant too but, he's a family friend so it didn't really feel like booking him more like asking.
