I just figure donuts, ice cream, and cake (wow this sounds like a kid's birthday party now, geez) probably covers most palates. I might change my mind and add a few small things, though, we'll see.

- 10 large nugget trays (feeds 250)

- 10 large salad trays (feeds 100)

- 5 large fruit trays (feeds 125)

Second course: mixed greens and balsamic vinaigrette
Main course: Char grilled flat ironed steak Grilled salmon Cauliflower steak

We are doing a taco food truck and a BBQ food truck for dinner. Then we have smores stations set up outside and at 11 pm a snack food truck with nachos, fries, pretzels and mini burgers will be available.

We think we are going with our favorite pizza place that makes incredible pastas! We will do a pasta bar with chicken and meatballs, fettuccine, penne, and macaroni noodles! With vodka sauce, alfredo (our FAV!!), and a pesto! They do the yummiest breads including a jalapeno popper garlic bread! We also have an amazing italian restaurant (for a town of 7,000 it rivals big city) that will hopefully do our cocktail hour appetizers. Late night pizza from the pizza place for our after bonfire! Honestly, it does not really go with our wedding, but it is us and that is all we want for our wedding day!

We love bonfires and that will include s'mores, so it's a no brainer!! Our hope is that we get to spend as much time celebrating the day as possible and the next morning are totally zonked because we spent every moment we can being present with our people!
