What’s one thing you wish you would’ve saved money on?

Invitations are one thing we can save on but not sure what we want to do. We’re trying to decide if we want to order invitations or do our own evite and only order invitations for the older family members who don’t use computer

Hi ! You can also use websites like Canva where you can create your invitations for free and then print them yourself - or not.

I've spent like 60$ on my invitations, so not a lot I think...

I think I could have spent more for my decorations maybe...

I agree with designing them on Canvas then sending them off yourself to print. Vista print is pretty cheap for printing.

I designed and printed in vistaprint, and waited for a big sale to purchase them. They shipped fast and were very inexpensive. Online is a great way to save on rsvps (don’t need to buy a second set of cards, don’t need a second set of stamps), but it’s very informal for a wedding and a lot of guests won’t necessarily take an evite seriously. It’s not where I would recommend trying to take the savings. Because it is possible to do invites cheaply, skipping them is not worth the effort to me. If you’re already mailing some out, you’ll also find theyre often cheaper to print in quantity (50 invitations could be cheaper than 23 invitations, etc), and if you send them to some people, other people might be off put (if I saw my parents got a paper invitation , I’d be waiting for my own, if I only got an e-vite, Id wonder if I was only adddd to the guestlist as an after thought)
