That sounds high. But if your budget is high then you may be fine. Ours came out to about $1,400 for 150 people. 8$ per person

I’m not trying to be rude are anything but my Aunts wedding no children were allowed maybe that’s something you could think about to cut down the coast on food.

My caterer is very low priced, but they have excellent food. Nothing super fancy, but it tastes good and the portions are large.

My catering is only $13 per person, plus 20% of my catering bill for servers & table bussers. We are also paying $2 per person for pop & mixers all night.

My catering bill should be around $2,195 for 125 guests. That's not including alcohol. If I add all that together, the final cost (excluding alcohol) would be under $18 per person.

I'd say with alcohol included, it would be around $22.50 per person.

Girl!!! Tell me your secret please!!! We’re just doing a basic bbq for our food and supplying our own beverages and we’re still sitting at almost $4000 for 100-130 people

I’m in central California! We’re having a lady that owns her own little business make our food! We’re having her make two different meals, just in case there’s picky eaters. The price only includes the food and the waiters. We’re paying for alcohol, plates, napkins, etc!

I just paid for my caterer yesterday. She was a total of $1,360. She is making two meats, two starches, a vegetable, dinner rolls. Two appetizers, three drinks, she is serving and cleaning up afterwards. And serving the cake.

😩😩. Well let me clarify. Its $3k if I include appetizers. Its $1950 for dinner (mexican food) which includes 3 meats, rice, beans, vegetables, pasta salad, tortillas/dinner rolls, salad bar, and fruit bar and 2 big agua fresca barrels. I decided to include indian food appetizers from a different company which is way more expensive $1100 for 150ppl for 4choice appetizers

Oh trust I know😢😩 I’m seriously considering just having my FH grandma and aunts make big batches of rice and beans and empanadas, croquettes and do a Cuban buffet (his heritage)

What is all included in your price? Is that just the meal? Or does that include dessert and drinks too?

We are paying $10.50 a plate per person and kids under 8 are a 2 for 1. So, for 300-315 people it is like $3,300.

We originally were going to do catering but we realized it was sooooo far out of budget for 150 people and there’s been issues with picky eaters in his family that we couldn’t come up with it. So we decided to do a potluck/finger food made my immediate families.
