What's the deal with save on crafts?

Have any of you bought anything on www.save-on-crafts.com? I got really excited browsing around because the prices are reasonable, but when I finally committed to buying something the shipping came out to more than what I was buying. Is this a site for only bulk purchases? I guess that would explain...

    I've had good success ordering from Save on Crafts and price was great and so was product (burlap table runners) and I plan on ordering more for family wedding. Solution to avoid the heavy shipping etc was we're reasonably close to a border crossing so for $3 I had it delivered to one if those shipping/pick it up companies. As most orders have been under $100, I usually get waved thru border. Knock on wood.
