    I have been doing strength training 3 days a week, eating a mostly Keto diet, and doing weekly facial masks.

    I am end of May, but had to add KETO ks so good for you, your health and body. Your skin, haIr and nails all do better. Lots of rest too.

    Not a June bride, but generally speaking- my biggest advice would be to stay consistent with your skincare routine. It definitely perks me up more when my skin looks good. Smiley smile Plus it's my time to really take care of myself and treat myself a bit.
    Stick to products you already know you love and work well for you, and don't try too many new products (especially at once). You never know, it might freak your skin out...

    Water water water and more water! Starting about 3 months out. I am choosing to spend the entire summer only drinking water (aside from alcohol once in a while). No juices or soda or anything just water. I heard it helps your skin and your hair and your health

    Working stupid amounts of overtime to help pay for everything??
    No? Just me? Ok then...LOL

    Wesing is June 23rd, June 20th traveling to NY to prepare for wedding.

    Business as usual here. No time for much else..maybe starting in May? (She said knowing full well she will keep working her job at insane hours, not getting enough sleep much less gym time. HahSmiley ups )

    June 15! Strength training 3 times a week, running 2-3 times a week. Lots of water. Really focusing on my diet after meeting with a nutritionist, focusing on less carbs and more healthy fats! Skincare routine in full swing...Josie Maran argan products in the AM and Luna retinal treatment at night. Gotta get that bridal glow Smiley smile

    Nothing, lol.

    My skin is pretty clear, I wash it every night, etc and do facials when I get my hair trimmed. Just plan to maintain at this point!

    I'm freaking out! I lost 35lbs from March 2017 (YAY!) But I've gained 10 back after some intense stress in Feb-March. I usually avoid getting extreme. But I'm planning on cutting carbs, spinning as much as I can, water water water, salad, salad, salad. Discipline discipline discipline. No restaurants, bars, alcohol. It's go time. I wish it wasn't this way but I have to at least lose the 10 I gained before my fitting in May.

    June 3rd! So much water! Fitbit app to encourage me to hit my step goals and track my calories. Strength training 2 times a week (might increase to 3 times based on the answers in this post!)

    Same!!! We've been working our butts off to pay for last-minute things. 3 more weeks to go and can't wait to relax after!

    June 29 here. I upped my skincare routine and will be doing a lot of walking now that the weather is finally getting better. Working out 3-5 times a week too, cutting way back on carbs and drinking water like it's my job.

    I've lost almost 40 lbs. over the past two years due to lifestyle changes, 14 of it since January. I'm really hoping to make it 10 more by the wedding, and not give in to stress eating or drinking during this stressful but exciting time.

    I'm in a funny place where I can't gain weight but can't lose weight due to dress alterations. Anyone else in the same situation? I'm going to try to do strength training... I want to lift my butt and tone arms/back. My skin is mostly clear but I want to minimize my pores and just be really moisturized/glowing. I'm going to try to get good sleep and drink more water but I'm open to ideas for types of facials to do. What about nails? How are ya'll painting them? Also working on some teeth whitening.
    OH YEAH. How are ya'll getting your FH to get interested in taking care of himself? My FH hasn't yet feel the need to work out (he's thin) or things like wash his face/whiten teeth. I think he should look good for me too!

    June 9th!

    I went back to my weight loss program- a mixture of 21 day fix and a little more exercise- TONS of water, and I'll be using the same skin care products as normal (If I get religious with cleaning my face I end up with this rash under my chin and I do not want that for the wedding).


    As for getting FH to get interested in taking care of himself- I've pretty much have given up. Although he eats a little better now that I told him you'll either eat what I make or don't eat at all Smiley xd

    Not a June bride, but just overall health plan for wedding for me is: keto diet (until I lose 30 pounds then back to eating clean), LOTS of water (6-7 bottles a day), vitiams, working out 4-5 times a week for a minimum of an hour. It's been a challenge for me to get used to it because my work schedule changes every week so it's hard to stick to a pattern or schedule
