What's your favorite date night?

When we had our own place we had a date night in our living room once a week at least. We would go out get our favorite food and choose something to watch. Whether it be a movie or tv show. We turn off our phones and we have just us time. It’s nice because we usually talk on the way to the food places and then jam out on way back home. And if we have anything to add we do at home. Also nice because the show or movie is a great convo starter and usually we ended up pausing it for something to discuss in our future.

We try and go out to eat at least once a week, usually a Mexican place near here we both love. When the weather is warmer we get some at a different place in Downtown Detroit to go and bring it to a local drive-in movie

Honestly I loved our first date when we went out to a local diner and then went and sat by the lake on our school grounds. However, we always plan the best date nights! We usually go out to eat at one of our favorite restaurants and then we either go get hair cuts (we put nice breaks between date nights) or we go and walk around the city we live in if it’s not too late!

Our favorite date nights start out with sneaking alcohol into a movie theater (yes, we are adults, almost 30) and then we head home to down another bottle of wine and take turns telling our Google Home to play random songs. We always end the night on our first dance song so we can practice before heading to bed.

The only thing i remember about our first date night is the dress i wore. It was brown. It was kind of backless because it had four stapes in the back and in between the straps is bear skin. It was the type of dress that you wear nipple covers with. I think i flat iorned my hair or wore a wig.

Our all time favorite has to be our weekly date night to Applebees. Yes I said Applebees... We go there for appetizers and drinks. We have been doing this for quite some time, we have also started going to the sports bar and watch the games. We have kids so its just the small things and he loves sports, and I like going for the team he is against. We get a kick out of it...

We both love just a simple dinner and a movie. Where we actually go out or stay in and rent.

Just hanging out at home watching movies and cuddling

I would say our favorite “date night” would be our hikes with our dog. I know that’s not really considered a date night, but that’s what we love to do together in our free time ❤️❤️

I like a good dinner and then some dessert. Then go home and snuggle in front of the tv.

Our favorite date night would be to sit by a bonfire on a nice night and have a few drinks.

We have a subscription to these things called Date Boxes. Each month you get a box with a date planned out for you. We love them and it forces us to have a date night once a month. We try to commit to once a week but are so bad at it.

My favorite date night is when we go to Olive Garden (we love it ) & then go & sit on the beach on the top of his Jeep & just talk & hold hands. It's so peaceful!
