What’s your flower girl wearing ?

Our flower girls wore navy. I’m not a fan of making children look like tiny brides, but it’s personal preference.

A lot of people recommend having a short dress so they don’t have to worry about tripping or trying to keep the dress clean! Beyond that I can’t decide either. Everything is too infantile or too grown up. I’ve found a few cute dresses on Etsy but we’re still six months out from the wedding and our nieces are 3 and 4; they’ll definitely grow a lot between now and then so I have to wait a lot more last minute than I’d like.

Below is what our flower girls wore. My mother-in-law made their dresses.

Our flower girl will be 6 and she's wearing a shorter, child appropriate version of the bridesmaids' dresses (gold sequin of some sort). I thought it was too much to have her match me when children and white/ivory don't mix well.

We’re doing lavender and wisteria the lavender dress flower girl will wear these boots

We haven't yet bought the dress, but the plan is for a white dress that is knee length. We'll get a sash for her to match the bridesmaids gowns. It is a beach wedding, so she'll be barefoot.

Still to early to find the dress. But I'm having two flower girls. I'm thinking of a white tea length or knee length dress. Definitely not a long dress. They can wear whatever shoes they want, but for the pictures and ceremony they'll go barefoot.

It's honestly preference on what you want. She doesn't have to be in white. I originally wanted mine to be in my wedding colors similar to the bridesmaids but I came across a white dress I fell in love with. So I'm going with the white and they are changing out the ribbon to match with the bridesmaids

Sorry for my rudeness the amazon company is named e kids bridal its based in LA. wonderful customer service and the dresses I got are 39.99 a piece which isn't bad

We’re planning to have our flower girl wear one of the wedding colors rather than white just out of personal preference, but I know white is very common for flower girls. Maybe try to see if you can find any tea length dresses instead if you’re worried about it being too formal?
