Probably served as I’ve read what’s right be expected with Covid guidelines in terms of operating the hospitality & service industries, buffets may not be allowed.

We are doing plated. I have a huge aversion to buffets- at weddings and otherwise. I just don’t like the idea of lots of people hovering over, touching or breathing on my food
